The proud Ukrainian’s journey has taken her across borders and disciplines, culminating in a career that serves as a bridge between the world of art and the complexities of energy in today’s society.”
Olha owes her love for beauty and art to her father Zinoviy Bosak, for whom she painted her first oil artwork when she was 26. She launched her art career in Ukraine having her first solo exhibition in Kyiv in 2014. The very next year, in 2015, she was accepted into the Salzburg International Summer Academy of Fine Arts, which was founded by Oskar Kokoschka, and it is the oldest of its kind in Europe. For the first time she took part in a collective exhibition in Austria in the Hohensalzburg Fortress where her art studies took place. Olha's artwork was noticed in New York and subsequently published in the book International Contemporary Artists. During the pandemic, Olha managed to hold her solo exhibition Energy Matters on the largest outdoor terrace in downtown Kyiv.
At the beginning of Russia’s large-scale war, the former Vice-Chancellor of Austria Dr. Edhard Busek endorsed her in establishing her life in Austria. Olha continued to work in the energy industry, joining the management team of an Austrian company enso GmbH, was selected to the Board of the Vienna Economic Forum, was invited to join the Rotary Club in Vienna, and continued to create her paintings.
